Parking Spaces

This building has a total of seven (7) flat lot parking spaces. Two spaces are in a covered car-port, the other five are in an open, marked, lot. The lot is plowed and salted by a service throughout the winter months to ensure access to vehicles.

Availability: One space is available from May 1st through the coming fall/winter.
This space rents for $50/month.

Tenants in need of extra parking can contact the city of Ann Arbor and apply for a residential parking permit. Contact the building manager for information on this option. Residential permits allow parking on the street, without penalty, to the person holding the permit. The disadvantage to this, is that parking is not always available, and permits are purchased by calender year, not for a year from the start-date of the permit.
