This is a small one-bedroom apartment with open living room and kitchen/dining area, and one bathroom. Apartment five is located on the ground floor of the building. The pictures will give you a general idea of the layout and rooms.

The apartment is approximately 550 sq. ft. The apartment was re-carpeted during the winter of 2005, at that time, ceramic tile was laid in the kitchen and entrance way. The building has on-site coin laundry, and parking space can be negotiated.

The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment with two Arb-facing windows, with a closet built into the far wall. The apartment has a full bathroom.




The kitchen and dinning area have a good deal of counter and storage space, a stove top, and refrigerator. Off the dinning area is a storage area that can be used by the tenant of the apartment should they so choose.




The living room has a large window which looks out on the front garden of the house, cable and phone jacks (the building receives a limited number of cable channels).



The apartment does not come furnished. Though the items pictured are the property of the landlord. Arrangements for furniture can be made upon request.
