The apartment is approximately 550 sq. ft. It was re-carpeted and painted during the winter of 2005. The bathroom of apartment four was recently remodeled in March of 2005- adding a new sink with storage area, and a bathtub/shower combination unit. The building has on-site coin laundry, parking space can be negotiated.

The area typically used as a living area is 14'1" x 10'4" and has a storage/mud room and door leading directly out to the parking lot. The kitchen with its refrigerator, stove, and shelf space is located right off the living area.

The bedroom area measures 16' x 13'5" and has two large closets, a window box, and a door to the interior of the building. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom area.
