This is a large, one-bedroom unit, with a large, bright living room, spacious kitchen/dining area, and one bathroom. The unit also has direct access to a porch which is wonderful in the summer, and provides a view of the Arb. Apartment three is located on the top floor of the building, having both inside and outside stair access. The pictures will give you a general idea of the layout and rooms.

The apartment is approximately 700 sq. ft. The whole apartment has hard-wood floors, which were re-finished in Spring 2004. During this renovation, the apartment was also repainted and improvements were made to the bathroom. The building has on-site coin laundry, and limited parking available for rent (1 space is included in the rent).


The walk-up to apartment #3 has a nice view of the front garden through the large landing window.


The bedroom in this apartment is currently painted a very vibrant orange, but the color can be changed to suit your tastes. We encourage our tenants to make the space their own, and will generally approve changes you desire to make (such as paint color). The room has lilac bushes growing outside for privacy, but not blocking light from the windows.




The bathroom of this apartment is very spacious, and has two medicine cabinets for extra storage, along with built-in shelves. Some of the tile work, a new sink and cabinet were just installed in spring of 2004.




The kitchen for the unit has a built-in cabinets, shelves and an ironing board. The kitchen has ample storage space in the many original cupboards, and a new counter area was installed one year ago in the spring of 2004.




The living room has four large windows as well as a glass door leading to the porch, making it a pleasantly bright room. There is a small storage space built into the far wall of the room, and there is wiring for cable and phone jacks (the building has limited cable channels).



The apartment does not come furnished. The items pictured are the property of the current tenant. Arrangements for furniture can be made- additional fees apply.
