This apartment has two bedrooms, a bi-level living room, a large kitchen/dining area, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. The unit also has direct access to a porch which is wonderful in the summer, and provides a view of the Arb. Apartment two is located on the top floor of the building, having both inside and outside stair access. The pictures will give you a general idea of the layout and rooms.

The apartment is approximately 900 sq. ft. The whole apartment has hard-wood floors, which were recently re-finished in Spring 2004. The building has on-site coin laundry, and limited parking available for rent (1 space is included in the rent).

The living room area has two large closets both with built-in dressers. It also has a built-in bookshelf, cable and phone jacks (the building has limited cable channels), and a door leading to the porch.




The kitchen has newly tiled counter-tops and newly installed cupboards. The floors were re-finished, and everything else was update in the spring of 2004. The kitchen also has a new refrigerator, a portable dishwasher, and large pantry.





The two bedrooms are distinct from one another, and the larger of the two is connected to the bathroom, with a door going through to the kitchen. The larger bedroom faces the Arb.



The other bedroom, though smaller, is comfortably large enough for bed, desk and other furniture. This room also has a spacious closet, and looks down on the front garden.



The shared bathroom is directly between the larger bedroom and the kitchen. This room, like the kitchen, was worked on in the spring of 2004. A new sink and under-sink storage area were put in at that time. The bathroom was also painted. There is ample storage area, including two wall-mounted medicine cabinets.

The apartment does not come furnished. The items pictured are the property of the current tenants. Some arrangements for furniture, can, however be made upon request.
