This apartment covers the entire first floor of the building and has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a covered porch, two parking spaces and three decorative fireplaces.

It is hard to get a real view of the apartment from digital photos, so it is recommended that you come and take a look for yourself! However, the pictures will give you a general idea of the layout and rooms. For a floor plan, click here.

The apartment is essentially the size and shape of a ranch house (1600 sq. ft), with: hard-wood floors, three (decorative) fireplaces, a large (private, covered) porch, a spacious kitchen- with a lot of cupboard and counter space- a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The apartment has a several large of closets, and two full bathrooms.

The building features on-site coin laundry, and limited parking available for rent (2 spaces are included with the unit). The rent includes the heat, water, wireless DSL, and 200 channels of Direct TV with DVR (tenants must pay a $5/access fee, along with a $100 refundable deposit for the receiver).







Each of the four bedrooms in the apartment is unique. Two have carpeted floor; two have hardwood. Two of the rooms are very large; the other two are smaller. Each has its own good points. The pictures and descriptions should help you to determine if they will work for your needs.

Bedroom one is 143 sq. ft. with hardwood and a large closet and (decorative)fireplace. It is attached to room number two by a door, and is connected to one of the bathrooms. The windows look out on the front and side yards.



Bedroom two is attached to room one, and to the bathroom; is roughly 200 sq. ft. (this is one of the two larger rooms. This room has a large closet with a built in dresser, a phone jack, and hardwood floors. The windows in this room face North, South and West over the side yard.







These are pictures of the shared full bathroom between rooms one and two. It has two medicine cabinets for storage, and a small cupboard.





Bedroom three is a carpeted room, slightly larger than room two at nearly 250 sq. ft. This room can either serve as a bedroom, or large living area depending on the layout you chose. This room has phone jack, a (decorative) fireplace, and a large, freestanding, closet. The windows of room three face South, West, and East onto the private covered porch.



Bedroom four is the second carpeted room, and measures 100 sq. ft. This room has a private entrance to the front hallway. Bedroom four has a good sized closet, phone jacks and adjoins the second bathroom. The window in the bedroom faces South onto the front yard.
