We are a small, independent company owned by a group of friends, and are located right next to the beautiful Nichols Arboretum, in nice, quiet neighborhood. Our building is located directly on an Ann Arbor Transit route 14 (AATA), and only a few blocks from the UM Oxford shuttle. Both services offer direct, free transportation to and from central campus to UM students, faculty and staff. For a map of the area, or directions to our building, please see this map.

Our building has five very unique units of varying sizes and prices. All units are by default unfurnished; furnished units have different prices from those listed.

We also offer on-site (coin) laundry, and tenant parking, the number of spaces varies by unit. Listed rent prices include heat, water, wireless DSL, and in some cases, parking. We have the Direct TV Plus DVR Package which we offer for a $5/mo access fee, along with a deposit for the DRV box.

Apartments 1, 2 and 3 have primarily hardwood floors; apartments 4 and 5 are carpeted. Three of the units also have personal porch space. Please click on the links below for more information, pictures, and available parking for each unit.
